Stained concrete floors that are chipping

Hi, I had my living room, kitchen, half bath and laundry room floors "professionally stained" and one year later they are chipping everywhere. Has anybody had this before and what was an inexpensive solution to fix as I would like it to look good, but not spend a fortune as I will be putting the house on the market within 60 days. Thanks! :)

If they are chipping after only one year, I would call the contractor up and have them take care of it. We used to be contractors and this simply should not be happening. You did not say if it was the stain that was chipping or the concrete itself.
