Stained concrete floors that are chipping

Marjorie Wallace on Dec 29, 2013If they are chipping after only one year, I would call the contractor up and have them take care of it. We used to be contractors and this simply should not be happening. You did not say if it was the stain that was chipping or the concrete itself.Helpful Reply
