I've used many types of glue and different caulking but haven't found any that will last through the elements for more than a year without the bond breaking or the glue itself, cracks and separates.

Weldbond is a white glue that dries clear. I have used it on a concrete statue that was broken in 2 places. Has been in the weather for years and I even picked the statue up by the top piece and still it stays together.

"No More Nails" which comes in a tube is absolutely fantastic on pretty well everything. I go crazy if I don't have at least half a tube at a time on hand...

My second go to is "Gorilla" glue which I'm still trying out.

Both I have used on fine china right up to a cement statue that had her head chopped off with a hockey puck!
