Before and After Kitchen

Our kitchen was small, boring and plain with no color at all. So we decided to open it up, add color and give it a more modern vibe.
This is what it looked like when we bought the house
We removed the popcorn ceiling first and then removed the 2 layers of wallpaper and patched up the drywall and ceiling.
Next we removed the flooring and upper cabinets.
We installed the tongue and groove bead board on the walls, and primed the cabinets
We installed the shelving, painted the cabinets and primed the countertops
We painted the countertops to look like marble and poured epoxy on top to give them shine and depth.
We installed the the new click lock vinyl flooring.
The big cabinet door is where the dishwasher used to be, we used one of the doors from the upper cabinets to make a new cabinet and give us a lot more storage space.
This is how our kitchen turned out. And we even found a kitchen table and chairs that matches it perfectly!
