DIY Glitter Balloons

Make some glitter balloons for decoration. These are perfect for occasions such as birthday parties. They'll add that little bit of glitter needed to sparkle the place up! Here's a super easy DIY!

1. Blow up all of your balloons so they're ready in line to start dipping.

2. Water the PVA glue down a little so it isn't so thick when applied onto the balloon. Don't add too much water as it'll start to drip.

3. Using your paintbrush or sponge, coat the bottom half of your balloon in glue, not too much though. I found the less glue I used, the less patchy the glitter came out.

4. Next, dip your balloon in the glitter. I dabbed the balloon again and again to try and get an even finish. Pat off any excess glitter to try and reduce the amount of glitter that goes everywhere!

5. Leave it on top of the newspaper until the glue dries. Repeat again with all of your balloons. Then when you've finished, just suspend the balloons from your ceiling, sit back, and watch your home sparkle!

Just wondering if you could squirt the glue inside the balloons and pour thee glitter inside too. Then the mess would all be insid.e maybe you wouldn't need the glue!

Such a simple idea, yet so cute. I have put things inside balloons before, but never thought of gluing glitter to the outside.
