One or more of your blades may not be in line with the others. Turn your fan on high, stand in a corner and look at the end of the blade. If it appears that the circle of blades are moving up and down, then they are not even. Use tape to number the blades. Get a pole or something that will reach from the floor to the tips of the blades. Start with 1. Make a mark on the pole where the blade hits the pole. Now go to 2,3 4, & 5 to determine if the tips all hit the same place. If not, you'll need to bend the part the blades are attached to. If the blade needs to go up, put a hand on each side of the blade attachment and use your thumbs to push it up. If down, put one hand on top of the attachment and one under the fan body and push. Check each blade you make an adjustment on by using the mark on the pole. It may take awhile if they are all out of whack.

Blades could be out of balance. You can put a penny on one of the blades, moving it up or down the blade until the wobble stops. It may need more than one penny, putting on other blades to get the balance back into the whole fan.
