How can I update an old 90s whirlpool bathtub with the tiled step?

Why not? Pools are tiled. Without the reasoning , I can't find away around it.

I had my tub reglazed and when I got a few chips I dabbed white paint on the chips...can't see the chips.
This tub had som serious problems when they reglazed it. It appears that they filled a big chip with Bondo and it came off. Any body know any reputable glazing companies in the Baltimore/Washington area.
