Power outages can also "trip" the light into a manual mode. Turn off the switch for a few ...»
minutes then turn it back on. If it resets your good to go...if not it may be the photocell ( which can be replaced with out the whole light in some models)

Home Maintenance & Repairs: Mold on AC vents

What could cause the ac outlet vents in the upstairs bedrooms to get mold on them? Also, there appears to be small patches of dark dust at the corners of the vents. My house is seven ...»
years old, and this problem first started in the master bedroom but has also occurred in the other bedrooms, which are only occupied on occasion.

Cleaning & Organization: What can I use in my kitchen sink to get rid of a constant unpleasant odor.

I have tried baking soda & vinegar, bleach, Lysol all-purpose cleaner, sink deodorizers. The dishwasher & disposal smell fine. Any suggestions?

I had this problem, too. The odor was coming from the black rubber "thingy" between the bottom ...»
of the sink and disposal itself. You can pop it out and scrub it or just put a new one in if the original looks a little worn.
