Any craft stores should carry that. Michaels,Hobby Lobby,Joannes,AC Moore. If not theres always Amazon.com.
are you thinking round ball or round as in a cake? the cake style is usually found at craft stores. you may have to special order the ball shape from said craft store.
I found a half Styrofoam ball at Walmart.com. I believe it was smaller than what you're looking for though.
Make paper mache...then you'll get the size that you want...I don't think I've seen them that big at michaels...you could look at topiary s...they would be bigger

IF you know someone that has recently gotten a large article that had large pieces of Styrofoam around it to protect it in shipping...you have a source...:_)
