DIY Simple Greenery Wreath

Y'all, I used to be a wreath making machine. I'm talkin' a wreath for every month.
I had a problem.
Thankfully for my wallet, my obsession has subsided over the years but with Spring right around the corner I decided it was time to channel my wreath making roots again.
Michael's was having a 50% off sale on all their floral stems and I already had the grapevine wreath so I was able to make this bad boy for $20.
For any of y'all that might be crafty-challenged, don't worry. You can totally do this. No hot glue or fancy tools are required, all you need is the greenery of your choice and a grapevine wreath.
Let’s get goin!
Step One
For this wreath I decided to use three different types of greenery. I bought two stems of each, so six total.
I decided to start with the middle one you see here first, the leaves are bigger and it’s not as flexible as the other two types so I thought it would make a good base.
Step Two
Most faux florals just pop right off the main stem they’re connected to.
Once you’ve popped your stems off, just start filling in your wreath. I wanted to use a grapevine wreath for this project because you can just weave the stems into the wreath itself so you don’t need to worry about burning your fingers on hot glue.
Trust me, I’ve been there and that is not fun.
Step Three
Once you’re done with your first layer, it should look a little something like this.
Then continue filling in the wreath with your other two types of greenery.
Step Four
Hang it up and admire your sweet wreath making skills.
So simple right?!
