How do I fix a warped wooden door frame?

My bathroom's frame is made out of wood. So when I shower the room gets very humid, and the frame expanded from the humidity. This means that the door does not close easily and when I push it closed it's very hard to open. Is there anyway to dry the wood so that the door will fit back in the frame, or do I need to shave off a layer or two?

Are you sure its the frame and not the door that expanded? I would shave some of the door till it closes. Then seal the door and frame with at least three coats of a water based polyurethane to limit the expansion and contraction. Also run the exhaust fan to eliminate the humidity.

It's easier to shave the door, then the Frame. but yes, if your door frame is old Fir/White Wood/Pine they can warp and expand. I would Recommend painting it with Exterior paint(sealing it) then fit the door. I have had the same issue in my family home, my door jambs were scavenged after the 1907 san francisco earth quake refuge (Dump) as the story goes.
