sometimes you have to download a special coupon printing program. It bugs me because I have to print them too, I refuse to have anything on my phone but phone..no net, no text. but every store thinks everyone has smart phones, I tell them sorry my is just dumb.
I think there are more of us around that doesn't use smart phones than everyone realizes. I think we will be out-numbered soon and if we don't have it, it'll just be too bad for us. When I am directed to a download program, I just exit. More often than not this is where I pick up viruses.
Sometimes if you don't have your printer set as your default printer in can go into what called Microsoft One Note. If you know how to open your printer settings you can check if you have something waiting to be printed. If you know how just click on it then right click and delete. Then when you go to print it again make sure it is set for your printer type and not One Note. Not sure if this is the problem but this has happened to me in the past.
