Are you looking for grass repair or dog deterrent?
The thinner the area is of grass, the more it shows. I would scrape up and reseed the areas. But they have each marked their choice spots and it will continue. You could also use a small pea (pee?) gravel in those areas they have chosen and make rock garden doggie areas.
hook up a car battery, with wire going to the area where dogs are peeing. They will get a shock, won't kill them, but they won't come back. Good luck
