How could I make my travertine tile floor like new?

I had a mostly honed travertine tile floor. Approx five years ago, I had a professional come in to clean the floor and give it some shine (somewhere between honed and very polished like glass). In a very short period of time, the high traffic paths were dull again. While I'm not sure I want to call in the professionals again, I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a product that would give me the look without the cost. I know there are some "mop and glow" products but don't want to do the floor any harm. Suggestions would be appreciated.

I'd suggest using a natural stone cleaner. You can probably find one at Home Depot. Best of luck!
