Find the seams of the corners and match them up using your fist in the corner..r side bottom to r side top. Do it again then pretend the excess band isn't there and fold the rest up with the excess inside. Simple. Not perfect t but simple.

I have one of those for our oddly shaped boat mattress - LOL - I wash it and put it right back on - so I DON't have to fold it - chortle!
