And why would you do that ? Sorry but if you have flowers and want pollination?

I agree with Janet! Without the bees you wouldn't have any flowers blooming.

I keep bees on my Mom's property (my brother is the main keeper) and having them encourages me to get out and do some gardening so I can actually get out and do something instead of being on a computer or seated all the time (am disabled). End result...free natural honey!

I think they aid in pollination of vegetables when they flower too!

If it weren't for bees, we would have very little to eat, they pollinate anything that flowers and are being decimated by things like Roundup and many other products from Monsanto, Bayer, Dow and Dupont . Butterflies are also decimated by the 'Neonics'. Monarch butterfly population is down by 90%, thanks to our need for 'No Weeds' and perfection.

Without bees, we would starve in about 4 years!

If you are allergic to bees and don't want to avoid gardening, you might want to make sure you wear long sleeves and pants and gloves...and even go so far as to put on a beekeeper type protective headgear. If it is a life threatening situation, take every precaution to avoid being around them.

My dad was a beekeeper and they are usually very docile if you don't swat at them! Avoid perfumes that make you smell like flowers!

YES! JUST DO NOT SWAT AT THEM!!!! THEY CAN EVEN LAND ON YOU AND IF YOU DON'T THREATEN THEM THEY WILL NOT STING!

We are currently experiencing a be blight. If there are no bees in turn there will be no we. Encourage them by planting something more enticing nearby. For heavens sake and all mankind too do not harm them or try to do them in with chemicals and bug sprays. Thanks!

This won't rid your yard but YELLOW is the favorite color of bees so avoid planting flowers of this color.

WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU WANT TO KEEP BEES OUT OF YOUR GARDEN???!!!! BEES ARE ESSENTIAL FOR ALL WE KNOW PLANT-WISE!!

PLEASE watch "The Bee Movie" it will show you what would happen if we didn't have bees! (It's a popular kids movie!)
