    All you paint stores have primer and paint for concrete .

      In 2001 when I worked in a nursing home,there was painting going with latex paint.I ended up with a bleeding lung from it.I could not breathe around latex balloons,same with latex gloves.Daughter skin breaks out with latex gloves.So probably that latex paint is not going to work for me.I do not want to chance that.

  • I used a stone look textured spray paint from Rustoleum, but my figures were not terribly large. They came out nice and look more expensive.

      I have a old German Shepherd cement statue I would like to restore.How to clean it but I am very allergic t o latex paint.
