Yes you can save them.Allow to dry and remove any soil,then place is a paper bag with dry sphagnum peat moss and store in a dark place.
Or, just leave them in the pot they are in or re-pot in bigger pot, the bulbs will make little one in years to come. I plant other flowers in the same pot and leave them out all year, and they bloom every year.
