Yes you can with whats on todays market, what is not told is how to prep properly... Firstly one can now buy tile paint/& bath resurface paint,i use both with a quarter part clear enamel & mix But b4 one does this cleaning the area properly is needed. Using pink rock salt & bi-carb,make into a paste with warm water, then give a good clean(keep enough for another clean), then second using a thick scratch sand paper & hand held block(yes do it by hand) start sanding the surface of tiles in circle movements, then one more good clean•

One ought to have a nice clean light circle scratched up area now ready for your painting. Do use foam head paint tools & get @ least three different sizes & a few of each(as the end mixture is very thick)... Use generous amounts of product on main open areas being careful around edges;though edging ought to be done first & smaller untencils used...additionally some paint motions applying thick squares & patting the product on(thick enough that it sits, not starts to dribble..if dribble occurs use a clean foam utencil & pat excess... *you will figure a style..try from bottom area first if unsure.. always keep a loose cover over your mixed products while painting;this prevents the air from hard thickening the surface of mixed products like custard,so be attentitive there...any product left CAN be stored in a tight sealed metal base container(one of the best paint cans) &store always on ground level in a dark cool place;so a garage ain't always the best place if it is not of a new variety...{Laundries are good that have metal storage areas}... Your finished result will take a good 30 plus hours to dry properly (pending on season & environment...always check paint @ the bottom somewhere(to see if dried) as its not offencive to touch up;use a wood scewer &just press with the point &press to see if completely dry(don't over press as thats just forming a dint, just press firm enough like writing with a pen...you will be able to tell if completely dry....)

Using colours with this project always looks better..I used a two tone idea with violet purples, one darker than the other,& yes it stays looking good for years, though no need for abrasive cleaners,bi-carb & white vinegar & good old chux is all thats needed//with warm water of coarse...a once a week light clean will keep all nice for many years to come. (Occassionally give the area a polish with just pure coconut oil & clean chux, the added shine is beautiful though the layer of this oil protects for longer again.)

•Please always measure your areas & only purchase size amounts required, you don't want an overload to store... nor do you want to waste dollars...& Always use thick gloves when painting:))

    Happy Crafting!
