Before I put down an expoxy coating on my garage floor, I acid-etched it three times, until the surface was the texture

of medium-grit sandpaper. The surface adhered VERY well.

    Johann, and what did you use to neutralize the acid prior to applying the epoxy? Proper PH levels of the concrete will add or subtract from its long term bonding.
