Is there any way to get clouded scratched glasses clear again?

You can try making a paste with baking soda and white vinegar,apply with a soft cloth leaving on overnight then wash with a mild soap and water.

Soak in a bowl of vinegar. If that doesn't work it means the glass is etched which means it is permanent.

I had good luck with a product called Lemi-shine. My cloudy glasses are now sparkling.

Try Bar Keepers Friend. It is found next to comet or ajax. Apply with damp cloth and scrub, then rinse clean. Do not let this stuff sit on the glass for longer than a minute or it can etch. If your glasses don't come clean and clear, they are etched by your dishwasher/water and will never come clean again.
