My Patio Meter Lemon Tree is acting strange, help!

I live in SW Florida and have a patio lemon tree that is reblooming before the first lemons are fully grown or ripened. Is this normal? Seems to be over harvesting. If not. Why is it doing this?

  • That is a good sign! Means your plant is happy happy happy! Whatever you are doing to care for it, keep it up. The more blooms, the more lemons! Lucky lucky you! If you have too many, give away. I also juice them, freeze in ice cube trays and toss into a ziplock bag for lemonade or cooking.

Actually you should remove some blossoms if there are more than one that are to close together(just like tomato plants) which will produce larger fruit.
