I have tried everything too best and cheapest that seems to work is the little moth balls, I fill each hole with them and so far so good

I find the opening hole and put in 2 cotton balls that are wet with ammonia. Cover dirt back over the hole. I read that it does not kill them, but runs them off!

Moles do not like vibration. I bought a plastic sunflower that went around with the wind. It got rid of them. My dad told me to do this years ago. Can't beat the price. Thanks Dad!!

This gets into the tunnels...pour gas, kerosne or lighter fluid in hole drop match, they are gone.

My ex-husband found a product called Mole-Not and it worked for us and neighbors. Look at Home Depot, Lowes or Ace Hardware. It works.
