My garage door won't go down unless I hold the wall remote. I have a Liftmaster 1/3 HP. Symptoms: 1) sensors led lights are offf. 2) The lights blink about 10 times. 3) I noticed that some wires are not connected. I was working in garage and may have knocked them off. Not sure. Can anyone help?
Yep some of the wires are disconnected. You will need the owners manual to be able to reconnect them. Your photo does not show a model number. Also what the loose wires go to. I assume the safety sensors. The lights flash to signal there is a problem. If you don't have an owners manual, you can get the model number and do a Google search for Liftmaster Openers and the model number.
