What should I use to seal soft marble?

I am gluing tile mosaics around a mirror (no grout). Most are glass, but some are a fairly soft, unpolished marble. What should I use to seal the marble pieces so they won't stain from splashes and sprays. There's not that many, so I'd rather not buy a huge can of tile sealer.

Thanks for replying. That would seal it, but I'd like to keep the unpolished look. I may have understated how many tiles, about 1 sq foot.
call home depot because I just did a table top and am using epoxy to level it so I have a different need than you
