The proper installation of the posts is crucial. Trust me. Removing the old concrete may not be possible in some situations, Such as established trees growing their roots around it, or too close to a neighbours fence or driveway and they wont agree, or just not enough room to did the thing out. It is sometimes possible to cut the fence posts down to ground level and just leave the concrete in place and install your new posts next to them. I really reccomend renting a post hole auger if you have many to do, best with two people but way way less time and sweat equity.
