You can (carefully) break it up and use the shards as piece of a mosaic (along with tiles or on its own)
Create a cool new frame for it using old wood you find to refreshen the look.
Give a brilliant new look to the frame by glueing pennies all the way around it. Use a hardening liquid resin as a grout/filler. (Apply it in a well ventilated area.)
i love to paint on mirrors and glass use glass paints if you do
Use thin crown molding to frame it.
