How can I clean Orange tint on granite counters?

    make a paste with baking soda and water. Apply to the stains,cover with paper towel and leave on overnight.

    If the granite has not been sealed properly then nothing will remove any stains. Granite is porous and not very user friendly. That is the reason that kitchens are being outfitted with quartz.

    I worked as a designer in a large granite supplier for several years. Granite has a natural beauty that can never be duplicated by manmade finishes. Most homes

    that would be considered high end are outfitted with granite. It requires sealing, and it must be renewed occasionally. Every piece of granite is a work of art,

    done by mother nature. The manufactured finishes do have a few problems, do a

    little research on them-they do have a wonderful marketing program though. Don't be sold without doing your research. Do you prefer a polyester tee, or a

    natural cotton one?
