Fairy Garden Chair

I have a thing for broken chairs. I see many DIY possibilities when I see them! I grabbed this cute ladder back chair out of the trash and turned it into a Fairy Garden for our pool area.

I removed the broken seat and wrapped chicken wire into the seat.

I cut the top half of the trash bag off, opened it up & placed it in the chair. Poke some drain holes into the bag too.  You can find more details here:http://camelotartcreations.blogspot.com/2017/03/with-spring-here-i-decided-to-upcycle.html

Fill with soil and plant your desired plants.

I cut the excess bag off around the edges & dry brushed the chair in a pale purple for a pretty Spring feel.

I found all my fairy items at Michael's & my plants are from Home Depot.

I trim back some stems from time to time when they grow over the little pathway. This potted plant chair is so nice to walk by now around our pool.
