How does one get rid of the nasty weed Nutsedge?

    Good luck! In my opinion Nutsedge is the cockroach of the plant world. I surmise that both would survive a nuclear bomb. I'll be following this one closely.

    If you do not have too many, you can use a weed tool to pull them out of the soil. Be sure that you get rid of the "nut" which is a hard bulb just below the surface of the ground. If you would rather use a chemical, a product called "Image" is excellent but be sure to get the one made for the nutsedge, not the regular weed killer by Image. I had a terrible problem with this awful weed, but the Image for nutsedge worked terrific.

    They make a poison just for that. I found it at Tractor Supply Store. Or google it and buy it on line.
