Simple DIY Crochet Easter Eggs

Easy
Have a bunch of crochet doilies buried in a drawer that are stained, torn, and in need of a new purpose?! Want to add a bit of romantic style to your Easter decor this year? Then be sure to check out this Simple DIY Crochet Easter egg craft!
An old doily, a low-temp glue gun, wooden eggs, and scissors are the supplies that you will need.
This doily is badly stained but the pattern is so beautiful I can't bring myself to simply toss it! With this easy craft, now it gets a new purpose!
First, place your egg in the doily and determine how you want to center the pattern.
Mark the area lightly with a pen so you know where to trim.
Cut away the doily and place the egg on top.
Using the COOL setting on your glue gun, glue the doily to the egg. If you make a mistake, simply peel away the glue line and start again :-)
Continue working around the egg to secure all the ends of the doily.
Voila! A beautiful lace wrapped egg that adds a romantic flair to your decor this season! Read more, and see more photos on my blog!
