We live in an A-frame, so I can understand your dilemma. My husband is very handy and he has taken regular shelf brackets and cut and welded them to conform to the angle of the wall for my shelves. You can also make custom shelf brackets out of wood. For picture frames you can use heavy duty Velcro or drill small holes in each corner and screw the frames to the wall. We also did a custom made wall cabinet that matches the angle of the wall. I hope that helps a little.
