That's fantastic!! Do you have this type of flashing for an addition that stops leaks from heavy rains? I need to stop a leak between the wall of the addition and mobile home. We have tried so many cool sealing and flex sealing, only to find out it doesn't work. Please advise.
I saw it on a home show. It comes in rolls with a peel-off backing, I think it's called Vycor by Grace. It's available at home stores, building supply, etc.
My sky light leaked when leaves accumulated near it. Now I have someone go up there a couple of times a year and make sure all debris is clean around the sky light and I've had no more problems with leakage.
We tried removing the piece seen at the bottom of the faucet since it is leaking from the top of that piece. It would not unscrew,it would not tighten- actually spray...

Does the addition wall extend above the mobile home roof?
