There are also really amazing fountains that are small, made with Terra Cotta pots
Just wanted to share a photo of the Fountain I made using Rhurbarb leaves.
you can purchase fountain kits at big box home improvement stores. they are rated according to flow as in horse power needed to move x water. you will need a power source usually electric occasionally solar. you will need a water tight container of your choice. you will need to control algae as well. there are chemical solutions for that. if you don't want your fountain drank dry by the wild life put a screen across the top and put decorative stones on it.
I have a couple of little electrical fountains you can also get a couple of solar fountains from different areas but be sure not to let the water run dry or you will burn up the pumps
