Would you like just a basic water feature? You could do several of these terra cotta fountains: https://www.hometalk.com/diy/outdoor/garden/diy-terra-cotta-fountain-9119798

You can use any container that will hold water. I used a plastic 'wood barrel' from Menard's. Buy a small pump that comes with 'head kit'. This is the hard plastic tube that sticks up out of the water. Submerse the pump, drape the electric cord over the side, and plug it in.

you can do a fountain in just about anything that will hold a gallon or so water and is deep enough to keep the pump submersed. research table top fountains.

As long as you can plug in the pump, you can create a fountain anywhere and of any size. I have one that is small enough to put in a bathroom and another that was large enough to place on my deck surrounded with potted plants during the summer. Go to your local nursery and see what they have displayed and let nothing but your imagination limit you!
