I participated in a recent painting challenge from Hometalk and Heirloom Traditions paints. The participants got to choose any color of paint from the Heirloom paint collection and take on a project of their choice.
I decided to take on this mid century modern nightstand that I bought for $6. I sanded down the drawer, removed the legs - stained them both and topped with a poly top coat. The top of the cabinet is laminate, so I just cleaned - nothing more.
The base of the table, I painted with the Heirloom Traditions paint in the color of Bell Jar Blue and topped it with clear wax. I loved this paint, it covered great and went on very smooth! Loved how this cabinet came out - just like new! Thank you Heirloom Paints & Hometalk.com!
