What should I use to cover the floor of a concrete porch?

I have a covered concrete porch. I would like to tile the floor but do not know if this is advisable or, if it is, what type of tile to use. I am sick and tired of painting it every year or so and want to add some interest. We live in Pennsylvania so it would have to withstand freezing.

Floor paints are available in the market which are long durable. Dark maroon or copper looks very good and very easy to clean.
