Flooring- How can you paint over a floor?
How can you paint over a floor that has the paper flooring on it? Or can you put lament over it?

really need more information. I don't know what "paper" flooring is but, if prepared properly, you can paint anything. i have painted many floors. I have even put wallpaper on floors. It is the protective coating you put on top that is actually taking the wear, not the paper. I see no reason you can't put the laminate on top of it. Just proceed as the direction say.
