Well from what I can tell in the picture, and what you indicated, You want to reuse the entire mirror, including the metal frame. The video shows how to remove the mirror from the metal, but does not answer your question. If it were me, I would get my trusty little Heavy Duty Close Quarter Hacksaw out and saw the rivets that hold the frame to the hinge.
