They can be easily turned into tote bags. Just a bit of sewing is required. If you google "feed bag totes", you'll find plenty of free tutorials. Here's one of the simpler ones:

These would make great gifts, you could sell them, donate them to a local home ec class for them to make, or donate them to homeless shelters or food pantries in your area.
I think they'd also make a great cover for an ottoman if you want a bit of a country look.
Best wishes whatever you choose to do.
Yes! Totes and wallets!
Fill them with Horse manure & sell or give it away
Years ago people made children's clothing out of them. Items such as shorts and even dresses or shirts. I have seen women make halter tops from them. Pillow cases were also made for outdoor furniture and indoor too, I would guess. I don't know what they have one them now, but they used to be flower prints. If they are solid with no color, you could always dye them to the color of your choice.
My grandmother even made herself a dress from several of them out of the same print. The yoke on the shirtwaist dress was made of iolite and it had a pencil skirt.
Sorry, I only just noticed that they are plastic and not fabric! Duh.
They won't work for clothing items but they should do nicely for the tote bags already mentioned. I even purchased one of those at a street fair one day!
I would fill them up with soil, punch holes in the top and plant vegtables and flowers. They are easy to move around also and can be used next year.
