My Dream Flat

Bought a city centre flat and I am going to rip the place apart. New floors, new bathrooms, and a makeover of the kitchen by changing the doors etc.
I want it to have the X Factor
but don't have a great deal to spend for decoration, furniture etc.

The back wall 3.58 is for the kitchen area and the opposite wall is all windows and doors to balcony.
I can go for any color scheme as it's a blank canvas, but want super modern.
I hope some of you talented folks can give me some pointers.

Wow! Congratulations! That's a huge step 😀. As far as decor, there are just so so so many options. Have you thought about making some sheer curtains for that gorgeous, huge window??

I do have some ideas of colours, I am thinking of white, shades of grey and touches of bright colours.
Inspiration came from the splashback I want for the kitchen.
