Could you elaborate some more?
Why do you want to hide a door? More information would be great!
If you don't need to use it then put a bookcase in front of it. Depending on which room decorate accordingly. If you may need to get to door then just put wheels on bottom of bookcase. Keep them as small as possible so it doesn't draw people's attention. As for handle it can be removed and you could just use the hole it leaves to open door.
Could you explain what you exactly are asking?
A doorcan also be hidden by removing any trim around the door and painting it exactly the same color as the walls. The best kind of painting technique to use glaze with paint. Simplified and you really can't mess up... you take paint of one color and paint your wall. Then get a 2nd color paint... that is about four Shades Darker or lighter then your base coat. You will want to add one quarter of acrylic glaze to 3/4 of the top coat paint and mix thoroughly. Using e a sponge or woolie or a texturizing comb, paint it on and use the faux finish tool of your choice. You also want to make sure and eliminate the doorknob entirely. This will cause someone looking at your wall to not recognize the door at all. And don't forget to remove any door trim completely. They will look at the wall & will not see a doorknob or anything.... unless you point it out. It would be really cool... kind of like an invisible door!
I love the idea of painting the door the same color as the walls. i do this with doors I don't want to bring attention to (like a door to the garage). I also paint the inside of my front door the same color as the walls, as I don't have a separate entry, and this makes the room simpler and feeling bigger.
