here's how I fixed the doll...
I had some of the material that is broken,
(I think, from a old white plastic cutting board )
it was broke right at the arm so I drill at both ends of the break then cut it to a rectangle hole in the arm part, (1st. picture)
then cut a piece of the plastic about 2 in. longer that what is still on the shoulder (1 st picture)
then fit it to the rectangle hole and epoxy it in.
then bolt it back on?
then that should be as good or close to what it was like new, and it should look like it was never touched too.
clean off any excess around the fix that shows?
this is what it it looked like broken.
1st) picture was of the piece I made using my band saw and sand paper.
2nd) picture is it inserted in the arm. then I filled the arm with Styrofoam bids and pieces the epoxied the part in let it set upside down for 24 hours then put the doll back together worked great.
