Do you have parchment paper? I use parchment paper when I bake on cookie sheets. It may work for you, but I don't know. You could try to order some from Amazon or E Bay.

Freezer paper is thick paper with a plastic or wax coating on one side. It differs from parchment, which has no coating, and wax paper, which has a coating on both sides.

it's known in some areas as butcher's paper or butcher's wrap. It may becoming obsolete, I've noticed many more meat selections are coming pre wrapped w/ a plastic film.
