What's the best glue for a Rope in the Bathroom?

Hi all,
What is the best glue or something to use for the bathroom. I want to glue a fairly large amount of thin waxed rope along the wall. I don't want to use nails or hooks, and i don't want to stand there for ages holding it waiting for it to dry. Plus i don't want it to come off with the moist / heat.
