What can I do about my ugly lounge area?

I have a built in fireplace on the feature wall, but on the right hand side of this wall is the TV mounted to the wall. Ugly cords hanging all over the place. Its very very ugly! Please help with ideas!!

try putting a bookcase under it or create a small 3-sided box and paint it the same color as the wall or and make it the length of the cordS. Feed the cords down the back side and secure the box to the wall with command strips. This will disguise the cords and will not be very noticeable..
Well if possible I would build out wall to make flush on both sides. you can also punch hole feed wires through wall and connect on bottom.

Have an electrician move the outlet higher on the wall behind the TV and tie up the cords with strap ties.
