I saved them for my granddaughte to craft wit h. They cut out pictures and letters from old books and magazines and mod podged them. They gave them to friends as pencil holders, or to hold crayons, markers, etc. very cute and creative project for the girls...

You can wrap them in burlap to create a pretty vase.

They can be used to hold sewing threads, nails, screws. Instead of taking up space in my kitchen cabinets with large containers I use small things like these for small packets of sugar , tea etc.

I use them to save my loose change. I slit a small hole in the top so I can fit a quarter and every time I have loose change I put it in there. I also use them to hold my seed packets from gardening if I'm not using them all. They hold them nicely and keep them dry till I'm ready to use more.

I use them to hold one serving of leftover soup, sauce or stew, just remember to leave a little air space if you plan to freeze. They stack nicely, but be sure to label th contents!
