The comments on this post have some good suggestions- Good luck! http://www.hometalk.com/diy/q-i-do-not-have-good-water-pressure-in-the-shower-what-kind-of-shower-head-would-give-106458
I do not have good water pressure in the shower, what kind of shower head would give me the best pressure?
Is that the only faucet that is slow flowing low pressure? I would remove shower head and make sure that it is clean on the inside as well as the outside. Holes may be clogged.
The most inexpensive & simplest solution to try first is to take a ziplock bag and fill it with vinegar. Then take this bag with vinegar and put the shower head inside the bag with the vinegar covering the shower head in its entirety. Then take a zip tie,or something just as strong... like a cotton string and tie it tightly to the shower pipe and let it soak for a couple of hours. Within a couple hours, or overnight is even better, it will have released any deposits or debris...that may have been clogging your shower head. If this does not work, it may be simply be that you need a new shower head. I hope the first suggestion works for you!
If it's only a Moen shower faucet ( no tub) behind the face plate there screws to adjust the force/flow of the water to the shower head.
Remove the shower head and take out the restrictor.
Remove the shower head and then soak in a vinegar/water solution to remove any hard water build up. That should allow for more water to flow through.
