Rustoleum offers a bathtub restoration kit.
You can shop any resurfacing kits at either Lowe's or Home Depot but I must agree with Janet Pizaro and go with Rustoleum's Specialty Tub & Tile Refinishing Kit. You can also buy it at Lowe's, Home Depot or online at Amazon. I would check to see where you could get it at the cheapest price.
Had my tub epoxied years ago by a professional and would never do it again. It smelled so bad and was glad we had planned a four day Easter vacation. We only have one bathroom so being away allowed the tub days to dry. Paint dented/scratched when someone dropped a razor in it. It was hell to keep clean, especially with molding growing around the caulking. Therefore, when money permitted, I had a new tub and enclosure installed and am so glad I did.
