    Are they causing damage? They seem to appreciate dampness I'd start cleaning out the ditch of debris if possible that will help. Also be careful of using pesticides especially near water for contamination purposes also using pesticides is the number one cause of killing our pollinators. Bees, Butterflies, moths and beneficial bugs such as spiders and lady bugs.
