What can I add to the soil to make my strawberries sweeteter?

I inherited some plants several years ago but they just are not as sweet as the berries you can get in the grocery store. Is there any soil amendment I can make to sweeten them up?

Epsom salt mixture, google it and use it for your whole garden, especially tomatoes and roses!!

Check the PH of your soil, you can get cheap kits for that, then add whatever Strawberries like to get the PH right. Keep them fertilized. Try the formula at Lakewold gardens web site.
